Residents of the surrounding Belair-Edison, Parkside, Frankford and all other neighborhoods are invited to participate in park programs to encourage park stewardship and enjoyment. The Flowering Tree Trails is partnering with the Friends of Herring Run Parks, Belair-Edison Neighborhoods, Inc., Department of Recreation and Parks’ Forestry Division, TreeBaltimore, and the Baltimore-Kawasaki Sister City Committee to bring exciting improvements to Herring Run Park. |
